At Medical Examiner or Coroner's Facility

Once we obtain a written release from the next of kin, we will receive the loved one into our care.  Please let the Medical Examiner or Coroner know you have selected Simplicity Cremation.

The Nurse or Physician will come to the room and make the pronouncement of death.

Have the facility contact Simplicity Cremation at (888) 959-9101.   Depending on the facility, we will dispatch our staff immediately.

At Home

At Hospital or Care Facility

If under Hospice care, contact the Hospice Nurse.  They will respond to your home and make the pronouncement of death.  

Ask the nurse to contact Simplicity Cremation at (888) 959-9101.  We will dispatch our staff immediately.

If not under Hospice care, dial 911 for law enforcement to make the pronouncement of death.  They will determine if the coroner or Simplicity Cremation will be able to receive the loved one into our care.
